Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · Zerostone Digital

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hellhound ("Service"), operated by Zerostone Digital ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Hellhound is an automation monitoring service. It monitors automated processes, scripts, and workflows you configure, and sends alerts when anomalies are detected.

Hellhound is a monitoring and alerting tool only. It does not control, modify, or execute your automations. It observes and reports. All decisions about your automations remain yours.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. The Service is intended for business use only.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Payment and Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except under our money-back guarantee.

Money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, email contact@zerostone.digital for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • — Use the Service to monitor systems you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor
  • — Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • — Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • — Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission (Agency plan white-label features are permitted within your own client relationships)
  • — Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • — Use the Service to transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
  • — Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • — That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • — That anomalies will always be detected
  • — That alerts will always be delivered
  • — That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • — That any particular automation failure will be caught
  • — Fitness for a particular purpose
  • — Non-infringement

Hellhound is a monitoring tool that uses heuristic detection. It may miss some failures and may occasionally report anomalies that turn out not to be failures ("false positives"). You should not rely solely on Hellhound as your only means of ensuring your automations work correctly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Important

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEROSTONE DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • — Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • — Loss of profits or revenue
  • — Loss of data
  • — Business interruption
  • — Loss of clients or contracts
  • — Costs of substitute services

ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • — Damages arising from an automation failure that Hellhound did not detect
  • — Damages arising from an alert that was not delivered
  • — Damages arising from a false positive alert
  • — Damages arising from incorrect anomaly detection
  • — Damages your clients suffer because your automations failed
  • — Loss of client contracts due to automation failures

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Your Responsibility for Your Automations

Important

You are solely responsible for:

  • — The design, implementation, and behaviour of your automations
  • — Ensuring your automations comply with applicable laws
  • — Any data your automations process, including your clients' data
  • — The consequences of your automations failing, regardless of whether Hellhound detected the failure
  • — Maintaining appropriate backups and redundancy
  • — Your contractual obligations to your own clients

Hellhound monitoring your automation does not transfer any responsibility for that automation to Zerostone Digital.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at hellhound.dev/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You represent that:

  • — You have the right to connect the automations and systems you monitor with Hellhound
  • — If your automations process personal data of third parties, you have a lawful basis for that processing and comply with applicable data protection laws
  • — You will not configure Hellhound to transmit personal data beyond what is necessary for monitoring

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Zerostone Digital and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and automations.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Hellhound name and logo are trademarks of Zerostone Digital. You may not use them without written permission except to truthfully state that you use Hellhound.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the Service unavailable.

If the Service is unavailable, your automations continue to run — only monitoring is affected.

We will not be liable for damages caused by Service downtime.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@zerostone.digital.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • — You violate these Terms
  • — Your payment repeatedly fails
  • — We reasonably believe your use poses a security risk
  • — We decide to discontinue the Service (30 days notice)

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting contact@zerostone.digital.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Zerostone Digital regarding the Service.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
